Your AWS environment is optimized for efficiency, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Don’t leave it to chance. Our Well-Architected Review can help you uncover blind spots and align your architecture with industry best practices.
The AWS Well-Architected Review provided by TrackIt is a structured process that takes a strategic look at your implementation of the 6 Pillars used to build and operate a successful, efficient, and secure AWS environment.
Operational Excellence: Run and monitor systems that deliver business value while improving supporting procedures
Security: Protect information, systems, and assets through risk assessments and mitigation strategies
Reliability: Recover from infrastructure or service disruptions, dynamically acquire computing resources to meet demand, and mitigate disruptions
Performance Efficiency: Utilize computing resources to meet system requirements and maintain efficiency as demand changes and technologies evolve
Cost Optimization: Avoid or eliminate unnecessary costs through optimal usage of resources
Sustainability: Address the long-term environmental, economic, and societal impact of business activities
In addition to the AWS Well-Architected Framework Review, TrackIt provides an in-depth tactical review of your AWS environment to help you identify targets for improvement.
Infrastructure Assessment Deliverables:
1. Security Report
Evaluation of infrastructure instances, networking, storage, identity access management, and overall security measures. Gain valuable insights to enhance the security posture of your environment
2. Cost Utilization and Optimization Report
Identification of underutilized or rarely-used resources, receive sizing recommendations, and explore pricing plans to optimize costs while maximizing resource usage efficiency
3. System Availability Review
Identification of areas for improvement in uptime, redundancy, and exploring disaster recovery options for uninterrupted business operations
4. Remediation Recommendations
Practical steps to help you enhance overall system performance and operational efficiency
Well-Architected Reviews are conducted on a per-workload basis, and it is recommended to perform reviews annually for each distinct workload to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
The review process involves interviews with your team members, followed by a discussion to review the results and any recommended remediation.
1 – Preliminary understanding of the workloads and any available architecture details, diagrams, and other relevant information
2 – Representation from stakeholders involved in the workloads including DevOps and Infrastructure engineers, and security and support team representatives
3 – Read-only access to your AWS account and access to the Well-Architected Review service in the console are required. This access allows the review to be performed in collaboration with AWS, where structured interview answers are submitted on your behalf and tied to your Account ID.
When remediation tasks are delivered by TrackIt, an AWS Well-Architected Framework Partner, you may be eligible for up to $5,000 in credits from AWS.
TrackIt will create a detailed Statement of Work outlining credit eligibility. Upon completion of the required tasks, you will be required to participate in an AWS Customer Satisfaction Survey.
