Solution Architecture – E-Commerce AI Chatbot
TrackIt implemented an AI chatbot solution designed to address the e-commerce customer’s needs. By leveraging Amazon Bedrock, a comprehensive Generative AI service provided by AWS, the chatbot allowed the customer to interpret OMS Admin panel logs with greater efficiency.
The architecture was built around the ability to summarize complex logs, extract key information, and respond to user demands in a use-case-oriented manner. TrackIt customized the AI model to understand the unique elements of the customer’s system and deliver tailored responses.
E-Commerce Chatbot Workflow Overview
- Order Data Retrieval: The system begins by retrieving a file containing detailed information about a specific order.
- Data Optimization: This file is then optimized to reduce its size while maintaining all essential information, making it easier to process.
- Data Assembly: The optimized data is combined with a predefined prompt, and user input is incorporated to contextualize the analysis.
- Submission to Amazon Bedrock: The assembled data is submitted to Amazon Bedrock, which processes the information and returns a concise, use-case-specific response based on the order data.
The structured workflow ensures the customer can quickly and effectively manage their OMS logs without needing to manually sift through massive amounts of data.

The implementation of this solution provided the e-commerce customer with significant time savings and a more efficient workflow. The AI chatbot allowed for the rapid summarization of OMS Admin panel logs, giving them access to insights in a fraction of the time previously required.

In addition, data privacy was a top priority—once a question was answered, the data was promptly deleted from Amazon Bedrock.
