TrackFlix Now Uses AWS Elemental MediaPackage Dynamic Multiview to Enable Multi-feed Viewing Experiences

Los Angeles, CA - September 10, 2026 - TrackIt today announced that TrackFlix now uses AWS Elemental MediaPackage Dynamic Multiview to enable media organizations to create dynamic multi-view streaming experiences from multiple live video feeds. TrackFlix is TrackIt's open-source suite of cloud-native media workflow solutions designed for Media & Entertainment.
AWS Elemental MediaPackage Dynamic Multiview enables streaming platforms to dynamically compose multiple live streams into a single adaptive bitrate stream. The capability supports use cases including multi-angle sports coverage, simultaneous game viewing, geo-personalized broadcasts, and picture-in-picture experiences. Rather than requiring separate pre-encoded streams for every possible combination of camera angles, Dynamic Multiview composes requested views on demand in the compressed domain.
Unlike traditional server-side compositing approaches, Dynamic Multiview does not require decoding and re-encoding every possible combination of source feeds. Each source is encoded once, while MediaPackage combines the requested feeds on demand. The resulting multi-view stream is delivered using standard HLS, allowing playback on devices with supported H.264 decoding capabilities without requiring a custom player.

The TrackFlix integration is designed to demonstrate how Dynamic Multiview can support live media workflows where viewers need greater control over the content they watch. For sports and live events, this can include combining multiple camera angles from the same event or presenting several independent games in a single viewing experience. Dynamic Multiview supports configurations ranging from two-view layouts to four-view grids and layouts featuring a larger primary view alongside secondary feeds.
TrackIt will showcase how TrackFlix uses Dynamic Multiview in a live demonstration at IBC 2026 in September, highlighting its potential for multi-angle sports and other live media experiences.
